GUIDANCE
Our structured programme is guided by expert coaches who show you how to lift weights safely. You will be supported with individualised coaching every class to achieve lasting results. Each member is assigned a full time coach as a point of contact for even greater support.
ACCOUNTABILITY
In every class, you will be surrounded by other coachable and humble people who will want you to do well too. You inspire each other and hold each other accountable. The power of the tribe is an invaluable benefit of training with others.
COMMUNITY
Spending time with like-minded people who all want to be fitter and healthier is an inspiring environment to be in. Everybody will celebrate your achievements with you.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit® is a structured strength and conditioning programme which includes weightlifting, bodyweight movements, holds, carries, running, rowing, biking and much more. All movements are functional so you will see huge benefits in everyday life.

2. BOOK AN ONBOARDING CLASS
Spend an hour (or three hour long sessions for those who prefer a longer introduction) with a coach, one-to-one in the gym in readiness for classes.
3. TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS
