Do you feel stuck and unsure how to break a cycle of feeling weaker and less mobile?

You’re not alone, you just haven’t found the right environment and coaching programme yet. That’s where we come in. Our average member lifetime is 21 months and we only opened at the start of 2022 so this number is climbing all the time. Our great team of qualified coaches will guide you and make fitness fun for you. Our friendly gyms mean people want to keep coming back.

WHAT WE OFFER

GUIDANCE

Our structured programme is guided by expert coaches who show you how to lift weights safely. You will be supported with individualised coaching every class to achieve lasting results. Each member is assigned a full time coach as a point of contact for even greater support.

ACCOUNTABILITY

In every class, you will be surrounded by other coachable and humble people who will want you to do well too. You inspire each other and hold each other accountable. The power of the tribe is an invaluable benefit of training with others.

COMMUNITY

Spending time with like-minded people who all want to be fitter and healthier is an inspiring environment to be in. Everybody will celebrate your achievements with you.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit® is a structured strength and conditioning programme which includes weightlifting, bodyweight movements, holds, carries, running, rowing, biking and much more. All movements are functional so you will see huge benefits in everyday life.

These classes are accessible via our rolling monthly memberships. Onboarding required.

HOW TO GET STARTED

1. REACH OUT

Schedule a call for a one-to-one chat with one of our coaches. We can find out more about you and how we can help you, and you can get answers to any questions you have.

2. BOOK AN ONBOARDING CLASS

Spend an hour (or three hour long sessions for those who prefer a longer introduction) with a coach, one-to-one in the gym in readiness for classes.

3. TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Take the first step to being the best version of yourself by signing up for one of our membership options.
