What we offer

GUIDANCE

Our coaches guide you through safe, effective training with personalised support in every class. You’ll also have a dedicated coach for ongoing guidance, including tailored nutrition coaching to support your goals beyond the gym.

ACCOUNTABILITY

You’ll train with supportive, humble people who push each other to improve. The group energy keeps you motivated and accountable, and your coach helps you stay consistent with both training and nutrition.

COMMUNITY

Being around others who share your goals is uplifting — and your wins will be celebrated by everyone.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit® is a structured strength and conditioning programme which includes weightlifting, bodyweight movements, holds, carries, running, rowing, biking and much more. All movements are functional so you will see huge benefits in everyday life.

REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASSES FOR 18-60YR OLDS

These classes are accessible via our rolling monthly memberships. An onboarding session is required before your first class.

Schedule a one-to-one call with a coach to chat about your goals, how we can support you, and get answers to any questions you might have.

2. BOOK AN ONBOARDING CLASS

Get ready for classes with a one-hour session — or three hour-long sessions if you prefer — working one-to-one with a coach in the gym.

3. TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Take the first step to being the best version of yourself by signing up for one of our rolling membership options.
